Blossumus Cherrius Equistitas

A new favorite:

Cherry blossom trees. They are everywhere. It's absolutely stunning. This picture was taken in Gyeongju, the cultural city of Korea, and host of a cherry blossom festival each year. This past weekend there were hoards of people (including me!) out enjoying the flowers, temples, fresh air, and sunny skies. I love springtime in Korea!

To add an unpleasant side note, I may have recently caught a cold OR am allergic to the lovely little cherry blossoms. I'm hoping it's just a cold as I have never had allergies before....we will see in due time.

It's prime time for visiting my stomping grounds oh faithful blog readers. *elbow elbow nudge nudge* Flights are cheap and the weather is unbeatable. And I can guarantee no snow in April.....I'm just saying.... :)

KATE! iowa is amazing. in other news, I guess cheap is a relative term, because $850 is still an unattainable amount to me.

P.S. I'd visit if I could. Miss you!
